Payments and Insurance:

Rates:

• $175 Intake Session (50 to 55 minutes) 

• $150 Individual Therapy and/or Parenting Support (50 to 55 minutes)

• $150 Individual clinical supervision (60 minutes)

• Maine Community Health Options

• Harvard Pilgrim

• Optum

Please contact your insurance carrier to verify if you have a deductible or co-pay that you are responsible for.

Out of Network:
Full payment is due at the time of the session. I can provide a "super bill" monthly, which you can submit to your insurance company. Based on your specific plan, including deductibles and out-of-network coverage, you will receive payment directly from your insurance company. Please call your insurance company to determine your specific out-of-network benefits.

I accept credit cards, debit cards, and HSA cards.

Cancellation Policy:
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 48 hours in advance. Otherwise, you will be charged the full out-of-pocket fee or what your insurance compensates.
